MIT faculty, students, and researchers are invited to attend the 2019 Lam Research Technical Symposium, co-hosted at MIT by MIT.nano and the Microsystems Technology Lab (MTL):

October 9-10, 2019
MIT Media Lab (E14, 6th Floor)
Online registration is now closed. Onsite registration will be available.

The annual event is Lam’s forum for joint academic and industry cooperation, bringing together a select group of Lam’s global technical staff, key academic partners from MIT, Stanford University, Tsinghua University, and UC Berkeley, and other industry leaders to collaborate on innovative solutions that address the semiconductor industry’s grand challenges.

This will be a two-day interactive event with plenary talks and discussion panels, as well as a startup pitch session and student poster session on the theme of “Smart Systems for Semiconductor Manufacturing.”
