Biography

Keith Lynn is a senior manager of Space & Strategic Platform High Performance Computing Solutions and the site lead for Lockheed Martin's Microelectronics R&D Fabrication Center. Since taking this position in 2020, Lynn led numerous efforts in 3D heterogeneous integration technology, high-temperature Gallium nitride electronics, flex-hybrid packaging, anti-tamper devices, and engineered biological materials. Lynn works closely with Department of Defense stakeholders and Lockheed Martin program offices to conduct operations analysis and mission analysis modeling—an important step for understanding how new technologies improve the utility of platforms in the field.

Lynn frequently collaborates with semiconductor companies and Fortune 50 technology providers to foster integration of commercial technology into defense and security architectures. As such, he is a member of Lockheed Martin Strategic Collaborations initiative, overseen by the Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity, he works closely with the organization's director to form and implement joint technology development agreements with critical technology partners.
