The first tool installed in the depositon bay is the new plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) to deposit oxides. It looks quite unassuming, but the same view from inside the chase shows the true size of the system and the complexity of the supporting utilities and pumps. This arrangement makes maintenance easy, and helps keep the user space unobstructed and uncluttered.
