The new MLA-150 for MIT.nano's cleanroom has arrived by air freight. Installation will be in progress throughout the month of January. The tool will be located on the first floor.
Above, the front panel has been rolled in to show the tool in the cleanroom, but of course the actual tool is still in the staging area, until the cleanroom space has been fully prepared. Once up and running, this tool will allow us to carry out maskless lithography in Fab.nano – a vital capability in many fabrication projects.
