The soft-lithography room asher was successfully moved to MIT.nano. The tool has been installed, tested and is ready to go as of August 23! The asher-EML is a barrel plasma photoresist stripper. You can find this tool in Coral under (B12 / Soft-Litho / Asher-SoftLitho).
