Vendor Interest UGIM 2024

Use this form to express your interest in sponsoring a vendor booth at UGIM 2024.

Vendor booths at UGIM are an integral part of the conference, as lab managers, staff, and decision makers are able to learn about new tools and opportunities for expanding their lab capabilities. Sponsorship (provided by vendor contributions) enables us to integrate social activities (dinner events) and extensive breaks (e.g., 40 mins for refreshment breaks; 100 minutes for lunch) to provide time for participants to engage with vendors.

• Does not include a booth or conference registration
• Space with one 6’ table will be provided on Wednesday morning
• Space with one 6’ table will be provided either Monday (all day) or Tuesday (all day)
• Space with one 6’ table will be provided either: Monday (all day) + Wednesday (8am-noon) or Tuesday (all day) + Wednesday (8am-noon)
