PITCH.nano

PITCH.nano brings together hard-tech, early-stage startup founders with industry, investors, and our incubator collaborators. This event will feature ventures from the START.nano program, offering a platform for startups to present their innovations and for our network to discover promising opportunities across key deep-tech sectors.

PITCH.nano Application Criteria

• Be an active participant in START.nano.
• Hard-tech focused.
• Physically present at MIT to pitch on the afternoon of October 28th.
• Participate in practice pitch meeting with internal MIT staff.

Pitch Format

Each participant will have 5 minutes to pitch, followed by 4 minutes of Q&A from a panel of judges. After all pitches have concluded, the judges will deliberate and select a grand-prize winner and runner-up. The winners will be announced after a panel discussion on the landscape of hard-tech ventures. Please include in your pitch the impact MIT.nano and how the nanoBucks prize would enable your work.

Competition Prize

• Grand Prize: $25,000 in nanoBucks
• Runner-up Prize: $10,000 in nanoBucks
• Audience Choice Prize: $5,000 in nanoBucks

nanoBucks can be used only at MIT.nano for the use of our tools and equipment. There is no cash prize. nanoBucks must be used within one calendar year of award.
