Reservation Request Form

Please complete and submit the form below to request use of an MIT.nano conference room.

Once submitted, your request is pending. We will be in touch to confirm your reservation after review by the reservation administrator, which may take up to 2 business days. 

Please review the Conference Room Use & Cancellation Policy below before submitting.


Please include time needed to setup.
Please include time needed for clean up. 

Please include the following:

  • Meeting purpose (ex. faculty meeting).
  • Attendee Affiliation (ex. MIT, outside MIT, staff, faculty, students, etc?).
  • If you are requesting on behalf of someone else, please provide their name and affiliation.

Note: Selection will be made according to number of attendees.


Note: A cost object is required to place a reservation in the system. We will ONLY charge in cases where the room was not cleaned properly, if the furnishings were moved contrary to guidelines (requiring custodial services) and/or if there are any damages to the room, equipment or furniture. 
Note: MIT.nano conference rooms are locked. Please provide a list of 2 people maximum (full name and email) who should have card access to the room if the request is approved.
