The vision for the renovation was to create a cutting-edge environment aligned with the rapid progress of scientific research. But we did not want to impede that progress during renovations—and with strategic timing to minimize disruption, the X-ray facility remained open for most of the project, allowing 280 individuals to be successfully trained in 2023.
