The mitnano-feedback email now has a new relative: Argh!
This is a quick hack exploring easy ways for users to anonymously report everyday lab issues, describe problems, and attach supporting photos of tool or other issues, hopefully helping us to better and more quickly solve everyday problems in the lab.
Go to http://argh.mit.edu while in the lab, and let us know.
This should be cell-phone and desktop browser compatible. Send us feedback and suggestions about this new mechanism. We are looking into posting this around the lab with QR codes for easy access.
