The Fab-39 mechanical week will be November 16–20, 2020. Tools may start to get shut down on Friday, November 13, for tools with no reservations. If you plan to work Nov. 13 or that weekend, make sure you reserve the tools you need to avoid unwanted surprises.
During Fab-39 mechanical week, we will be cleaning out abandoned samples as always. So make sure your boxes are labeled. We will also be cleaning out expired/abandoned chemicals (especially old/abandoned resists). If there is anything that you need to keep despite it being expired, please contact Whitney Hess.
Fab-12 will be open and is not affected by the Fab-39 mechanical week. It will be a great time to transition your process over!
