Mechanical week in Building 39 is November 16 – 20, 2020
- There will be NO access to the fabs in Bldg. 39 during this time.
- The PI labs that use building resources (DI water, LN2, etc) will be impacted. Check with your PI about access.
- The fire alarm horns will be tested at various times (announcements will be made before and after the tests).
Fab-12 will remain open and on regular hours (Monday – Thursday 8am – 9pm; Friday 8am – 7pm) during Fab-39 mechanical week shutdown. We encourage users to move their litho or other processes over during that week, submit processes, and get trained on any new tools needed. Contact us for help in choosing the right tools.
