A couple of complementary pieces of equipment have joined the major installations of the past few weeks. A glow discharger is now available in the BioPrep space supporting the suites in the basement metrology and characterization facility. Additionally, a plasma cleaner for TEM sample prep is being colocated with the Themis Z Materials S/TEM.
