The lithography pre- and post-bake ovens are almost ready, just some minor exhaust work left to do, and we'll be ready to bake! We'll be able to hook up the ovens to a small computer and monitor/track/plot the temperature (as it provides a 4-20mA output). We can also get an alert if the temperature is not within spec.
