MIT.nano has placed an order for an Elionix HS-50 ebeam writer, as a replacement for the ICL stepper. The HS-50 will be located in the Fab-12 cleanroom on the first floor. The ICL stepper will remain available to existing users, until we cannot repair it any longer.
Estimated arrival for the Elionix HS-50 is mid-fall (around October). MIT.nano staff will update users with more details over the summer once the date firms up.
