Next MIT.nano user meeting—June 9

The next MIT.nano user meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 9 at 2 PM EDT. The approximate agenda is below.

  1. Tool moves this summer—what’s coming up & timelines. We are about to move several large tools in the next months.
  2. New tools that are being installed this summer or are arriving this fall.
  3. An overview of our spin coaters and photo chemicals.
  4. If applicable, updates on covid protocol changes.
