MIT.nano will hold the next user meeting on Wednesday, December 2nd at 2pm (skipping November to accumulate more material). We will be providing updates on new Characterization.nano tools installed this fall, and on photoresists and litho processes in Fab-12, as well as the Phase-2 construction outlook.
