Process Cooling Water (PCW) project update

The Process Cooling Water (PCW) replacement project schedule has been finalized. This allows us to optimize the remaining Phase II tool move dates throughout the summer.

As a reminder, the current up-to-date tool move schedule can be found at web.mit.edu/scholvin/www/nanomove/

MIT.nano will procure a temporary chiller that enables us to move the AJA-TRL and EBeamFP in early June (to get them moved before humidity in the summer may have an impact on them). Other less humidity-critical Phase II tool moves are scheduled to coincide with the PCW completion and turnover (to minimize tool downtime).

The low zone (Level 1 cleanroom/basement) is scheduled for early July, with the high zone (Level 3 and Level 5) following in early August.

As always, please contact us at mitnano-feedback@mit.edu with any questions, comments or concerns.
