Room Access
- All conference rooms require card access.
- If your booking is approved, card access will be granted to the designated individuals (up to 2) for the specified time and date.
- To change the designated individuals, please email nanorooms@mit.edu and allow at least 2 business days for processing.
Food and Catering
- Food is permitted in MIT.nano conference rooms.
- Users are responsible for coordinating food delivery and pickup.
- Conference rooms are not equipped for food preparation or storage.
Cleanup Responsibilities
- Remove all food and dispose of trash at the end of the meeting/event.
- For large amounts of waste, arrange for custodial services.
- Erase all markings from the whiteboard.
A/V
- Refer to the MIT.nano Conference Room Information (link to be inserted) for details on available A/V equipment.
- MIT.nano staff do not provide A/V support.
- If you discover any broken equipment upon accessing the room, please report it immediately to nanorooms@mit.edu
Cancellations
- Promplty notify nanorooms@mit.edu if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
- Consistent failure to provide cancellation notice may result in loss of reservation privileges.
Disclaimer
- Priority is given to MIT.nano staff members.
- Room 12-0168 is an open teaching space designated for classes only.
- Room reservations may be modified or relocated as needed under certain circumstances.
