The Eni-MIT Solar Frontier Center toolset has moved from 13-3001 and is now fully operational in the MIT.nano cleanroom. The nitrogen-filled, 3 chambers interconnected glovebox system designed for inert wet and dry device processing hosts, spin coater, two thermal evaporators, and solar simulator, as well as additional device performance characterization and testing setups.
