2024 MIT Health Science Technology Conference—Apr. 10 & 11

The 2024 MIT Health Science Technology Conference will highlight broad and transformative trends in biology and healthcare, including early-stage discovery, immune cell responses, diagnostics, clinical capabilities, process development, rapid and continuous manufacturing, robotics and automation, and sustainability, all enhanced by artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

The Boston Globe: MIT center gets federal grant

A semiconductor research center at MIT will get a $7.7 million grant from the first round of disbursements overseen by the Northeast Microelectronics Coalition (NEMC) Hub, a newly established Massachusetts Technology Collaborative program funded by the Department of Defense. The money will go toward a $40 million-plus collaboration with semiconductor equipment company Applied Materials to install new equipment at MIT.nano in Cambridge over the next year.
