Last week Air Control visited MIT.nano to replace the discontinued CEE spinners with the follow-up Apogee brand versions, as well as make repairs to the acid small-tanks hood.
This modification will allow MIT.nano to be resilient and more readily replace/repair spinners in the future when failures occur. Additional changes included exhaust modifications to improve film uniformity. This also means all spinners have the same user interface, allowing for easier operation/training. We also made modifications to connect larger touch-screen monitors for easier use (configuration work is ongoing).
